No a woman's cycle changes from month to month. It should be every 28 to 30 days and the days in a month are not all the same. Also, things like stress, poor eating habits, massive weight loss, pregnancy, birth control,e.t.c., all have an affect on a woman's period. The only similarity is that the moon is full once a month and a woman has a period every month. Under normal circumstances.
