i also want to know if you take and down load free ringtones as complamentry ones and cancel it at the end of the month do you get to keep the ringtones you have already down loaded

Free ringtones do not exist. If the phone takes mp3 ringtones, you can use your mp3's and transfer them to your phone using a data cable.
