I think you have copied it wrong. Do you mean Na2CO3?

Na2CO3 + CaCl2 => NaCl + CaCO3

sodium carbonate + calcium chloride
=> sodium chloride(table salt) + calcium carbonate(calcium supplement)

I don't believe that Na2Cl3 exists...and if it did...that would destroy the theory of how ionic substances react. Na and Cl usually form NaCl(table salt). Na has a +1 charge and Cl has a -1 charge. When they bond together a netrual molecule is formed. The subtance you would have above would have a -1 charge. I think that there may have been a typo error and the reaction that you are looking for is this:

CaCl2 + Na2CO3 ---> CaCO3 + 2NaCl
