I took a picture with my cell phone cam of a snow blizzard and in the shot it looks as if there is a funnel in that shot( like a tornado funnel).. I wanna know what was it in that shot and who do I go to on here to find that out

If you go to a weather forum you'll be able to post your picture and invite comments. A bit like on here except you can upload stuff and the people on the site will be weather enthusiasts. Probably have to register before posting but that should be free.

Try going to the website of your local television station and looking for the staff information. There are sometimes email links so you could attach the picture and send it to your local TV meteorologist.
