You would go to med school for four years after undergraduate. After med school you would do a years internship in internal medicine then another four in neurology.

Mind you, you make money during your internship and residency; albeit very little for a doctor (read 40-60000)

First you would have to do an undergraduate degree, and then go to med school, and after med school, you would have to specialize in neurology. It would probably take a decade or more before you were earning any money.
