i might be in australia from July to November. is it cold? hot? should i bring a jacket? someone help me please

Just say that the weather will remain unpredictable. You can literally have 4 seasons in one day (minus the snow). July being winter, it usually drops to 10 degrees. Oct and Nov is spring, so the temperature usually reaches 25 degrees (sometimes 40 if ya lucky).
Just make sure you bring a bunch of clothes - from boardies to jackets.

We went to Brisbane and Melbourne in October, and we definitely needed jackets. Interestingly, unlike the US, it is warm in the North and cool in the South.

well in july its winter and november its summer lol
if i were you id bring good winter clothes and good summer clothes
its mixed season inbetween so yeah...
