Where can I buy a baby turtle in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl?

I have one baby water turtle I'm looking to buy two more but don't no where in Sunrise, Fl where you can buy them.

It is against federal law to sell turtles under 4" long. Since the law is not often enforced, many places ignore it, but they are breaking the law nonetheless.
