power ship for 2000 silverado?

I am interested in putting a power chip on my 1/2 ton 4x4 chevrolet silverado. What is the best chip to put on it and about how much does it cost?

Hypertech power programmer. They are around 300 bucks I think and you can get one through Summit Racing or Jegs.
