like sore breast , ect ect how many weeks ....from concieving??

I had sore breasts about the time my period was due and didn't come.

Different for everyone. THe only sign I had early was the enlargened pimple looking things around my breasts. As for the tenderness, morning sickness, etc. None of that started until around my 7th week. Good luck

It's different for every one I have read that some women whom are in tune to their body feel signs as early as a week after. but mostly I think it's after you miss a period.
