I have my very 1st girlfriend now. I barely asked her out yesterday and she accepted. I am happy. But when can i start holding her hand? do i just touch her hand to let her know that I want to hold hands with her? When do I start kissing her and so forth?

After a couple of dates, once you find that she is comfortable with you, you can start holding her hand as you stroll in a park or something. Just let it be natural, when both of you are strolling in the park just show your hand and test if she wants to let you hold them.
You can kiss her if you allows you to. After several frequent dates and sending her home, just kiss her goodnight and do ask for permission if you are not sure. Do it only when you are confident that she likes you very much.

see u can hold her hand at any time but the kiss comes after the hug so when u think the time is right just make u move and see how she reacts to what u did

hand holding is alright whenever...its that special first step in my opinion...but u dont want to get to the point where you're holding her hand every time you both start to walk...thats boring...lol...
as far as the first kiss...wait until you have a special moment...something fun and exciting that happens between you both...you'll know when the time is right...w/e you do dont go all slobbery and whatnot lol...just make is short and sweet

Start by holding her hand when you are talking to her and then slowly work to holding her hand when you are not talking by just grabbing her hand gently in a big playful display like kissing her hand loudly but then not leting go immediatly for each and see what she does.
As for kissing, give it a while and pay attention to whether she is looking at your lips, licking her lips while looking at your lips, and especially licking her lips while looking at your lips but not saying anything while she is close to you. Her body language will tell you but shave for her first and if there is a big height difference kiss her on stairs or something. Also, no tongue when you start unless she initiates it and let her control the amount.
You can also help to initiate her wanting to kiss you by taking her to a romantic movie, writing her romantic but not mushy letter/poetry, doing nice things for her like taking pictures or drawing things for her., etc..
