Depends on what you want to do as a job.

And Brenno, "your own" is the best only if you don't mind being a sdlave to something until it achieves a level of success where you can start to delegate tasks to other individuals. Of course by then you don't trust anyone else to do the things you have always done.

no company should be considered unless it allows unions and facilitates them. The views of workers should always be considered not feared or seen as being dangerous.
