My sis always told me to eat soup. You already know to drink lots and lots of water. I was so sick of drinking water when I was nursing. But try soups and yogurts. Also nothing brings in more milk, than nursing as much as possible. The more they drink the more milk is made!! That is the BEST way to bring in a good supply! Good luck and good for you!

I've read that eating oatmeal can increase supply. Also, there's some sort of tea they sell in health stores. I'm sorry I don't know what it's called.
