ummmm....... YHEA! all people judge you on is your clothes... basically until you really get to know them. at least the school i go to. if you dont look good, basically people ignore you. if you take a look at someones clothes you already know like, half thier personality. you know if they are mean, preppy, dorky, or "dont take themsevels seriously enough to care about the clothes they put on themselves" as the devil in devil wears prada would say. I know its really bad and teen are the ones who do it the most, but its ture

Yes I agree. Fashion is important in our lives. But sometimes it can get highly overrated. People get so obsessed with their looks, that they forget what is truly important in our lives. Like spending time with friends and family. But fashion can be important in our lives. Like when we want to look our best for a special occasion like a wedding or the Senior Prom.

I think it depends, if you don't have a lot of interaction with other people then it doesn't really matter, it also goes the same for people who don't mind what others think of them. However, if you have a job in which you meet a lot of people or are a very social person fashion is probably very important.

Disagree. That should speak for itself. Does wearing the latest article of clothing cures diseases or prevent car accidents, plane crashes, fires or terrorism? Unless we're in the clothing business and make or design them for a living, then we are getting something back from clothes. But from a reality perspective...Clothes and fashion do nothing.

It is important but it isnt everything,I wouldnt wanna walk out the house wearing a floral top n baggy pants if thats wot u mean.lol But i always make sure that what i wear is comfortable n appropriate for the occasion.Who doesnt like the latest trends but not all can actually "carry it off " i wudnt wanna see my mum in tights & super short mini's if u catch my drill **wink-wink**

yes i think that fashion is important in our lives because that is how somebody fist judges you when you first met them. i wish we could all wear what we wanted to without being judged when you walk down the street. fashion is starting to take over all of our lives and that is what we spend our hard earned money on. we should be worring about world starvation and other problems in our lives not what we are going to wear tommorow or what a person thinks about you. i think we are all stuck in this problem

Agree. Fashion is a big part of beauty, but hardly anybody sees that. If you were perfect but you were wearing the ugliest thing any man had seen, they probably wouldn't even talk to you. Besides, fashion is totally fun!!!
