Hot to make a format?

I need to make wedding placecards to fit into a 4x3 picture frame. I need a format that is 3x2. How can I make this on Microsoft word and be able to print 10 per page?

Depending on which version of Word you have, there is probably a business card template in it. (If not you can likely download one). Generally business cards print 10 to a page, so maybe you can work with that.
