I'm about to get married and we are of two different backgrounds. Therefore I'm not entirely sure that our marriage would be foolproof in everyday life and my fiance said "so what we will just get divorced if it doesn't work".
Anyway my question is what kind of papers need to be signed in the US at marriage to make a possible divorce in the future less of a nuicance?

PS.:I would be thankful for the legal advice but I don't need any moralizing

It will still be complicated no matter what. Espeically if you're in a 50/50 state. I would suggest cohabiting. It's the same as marriage minus the legal bond. If that's not good enough for her then I'd say it's a set up for an easy 50% of your assets.

I believe mine. i'm strongly attracted to the indicators that Aries adult adult males are attracted to, or maybe some Taurus' at instances. the full divorce fee between Aries-Scorpio and Aries-Leo i've got faith via fact with the aid of previous relationships and adventure, issues did no longer flow properly and that i could no longer see myself in a marriage with those indicators. additionally, i've got no longer rather enjoyed an Aries woman... they are only too comparable to me and that i choose some thing diverse to maintain me fascinated.

If you feel this way going into it...you shouldn't get married. That is ridiculous to get married when you feel that it probably won't work out anyway. Find someone that is compatible to you. There is no such thing as a hassle free divorce. Save yourself and her the heartache and move on.
