Who was the first to share a bed on TV?

On TV, who was the first married couple to share a bed? What year was that? A trivia site I subscribe to on the 'net says it was the Munsters, but my dad (a self-proclaimed trivia Guru) says it was Ozzy and Harriett. Does anybody know or have a site with the true answer?

The first TV program to show a husband and wife sharing the same bed on a regular basis occurred in 1947 on the Dumont sitcom MARY KAY AND JOHNNY. TV's first sitcom ever. The program told the tale of a newly married couple living in Greenwich Village. Unfortunately, no copies of the show exist so we must rely on the documented memories of others to prove the point. Later in the 1950s Ozzie and Harriet broke the taboo and were seen in the same bed.

Herman and Lily Munster are often mistakenly offered as the first television couple to share the same bed. "The Munsters" showed Herman and Lily first sharing a bed in the episode "Autumn Croakus" on November 26, 1964. But, in reality, "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" showed Ozzie and Harriet Nelson together in their queen-size bed many times in the 1952-1966 series. Still, the first-couple-in-same-bed award goes to a 1947 appearance by "Mary Kay and Johnny" in their episode of November 18, 1947 on the Dumont network.
