It depends on how close you are to the skunk. A mild skunk smell just smells like strong hopsey beer. Burnt popcorn when it's in your home doesn't go away for at least 10 hours ( especially in the winter when everything is closed tightly)

Skunk by far. Ewwwwwwwww......burnt popcorn I can live with, skunk takes forever to clean the smell of and it is permeative to the point that one cannot stay around it for long...odd question, but hey you asked!!!

Definitely the skunk. The smell is sickening and lasts a really long time.

Skunk. I did that once in the rain...after two more hours of driving I couldn't smell it anymore, but the people I was on my way to visit sure could when I walked into the house. I had to wash all of my clothes two or three times and have my car professionally cleaned. It was terrible!!!
