from the start menu go to accesories them to system tools and select disk defragmentor and the program will take if form there. It will take a while.

go to start then all programs accessories system tools disk deframentor then click on defragment.

1 - open the 'windows' help function and seach for help on disk defragment
2 - follow the resulting instructions.
