most of the times that ive heard of or seen when two gangs fight each other with nobody else involved the cops let them fight it out then clean up the mess afterward

In my "hood" we don't have any gangs like that, we do have huge groups of hoody wearing chavs that name themselves after their Estate, this leads to "street fights" where the boys from Somerstown will have a ruck with the boys from Portsea. Portsmouth, Hampshire is not a place in which I would recommend living. (If I had a choice, I wouldn't be here!)

I don't live in the hood so no.
