I love Special Olympics, and Sex Education, Trapped in the Closet is great too, Chimpokamon (which I beileve was nominated for an emmy or something.... correct me if I'm wrong), Underpants Gnomes are classics.

they are all wayyy too hilarious. very rarely was there one that wasn't funny, in my opinion..
i really like the episodes marjorine and good times with weapons and follow that egg, and the entire sixth season and, well, there's too much to name. alll the episodes are great really
