i find this problem while uploading my resume. please suggest a good answer please

If you do a spell-grammer check and correct it, it will not show up.
Try it then send it to you other computer by e-mail or to some one you know and see if it is working. It should.
I have two free account so I send it to myself yahoo to msn.

2 ignore all

You need to run a spellcheck (F7). Incorporate the corrections or Ignore all.

Think you can turn it off in word, but if someone else is looking at it and theirs is turned on, they will show up (as far as I know!)
