My sister ran off along time ago after the baby was born and just popped up after 14 years. Is it wrong that I still want to marry this man?

You need to rethink this whole marriage, to this man. It is going to be very awkward each time there is a family function of any kind, especially when you're all there together. Good Luck!!

Wow, I am having a hard time believing all of this. BUT I guess it is possible and this being then NO, it would not be wrong to marry him. As long as you BOTH love each other and as long as there is NO connection between him and your sister. Like they still like each other as in SEX. Hey you never know. I mean why didn't she tell him he was the father? Why did she run off? There are a lot of question here that I would want answers to. Good Luck either way.

it may eventually put a strain on the marriage after awhile. because this sister is going to be in your life, forever as well as this child. why didn't he marry her knowing he had a child? if he knew and abandoned her, his past speaks for itself about what kind of character u are dealing with, if he truly had no idea, than let your heart guide u in this. but things will pop up, the child.

No, that was 14 years ago, and your sister obviously didn't want anything to do with your fiance. If you two are in love and want to marry, do so.

Don't think that this would make problem between you guys just that there would be a confusion for the child. If you think that your love is strong enough to fight this then baby go for it. There will always be obstacles in our way to stop us fro succeeding in life but we have to over come them.

Yeah, but then you'll have to deal with raising a child with your sister. How biblical. Why are you two so entrenched with each other's lives that you had/have the same man?
I wouldn't do it, but that's just me.

Well does he knows that was your sister,if yes then you need to think twice about marring him if he kept that secret.But if he didn't know that was your sister then what y'all need to do is talk about it. Its going to be kind of hard having your aunt marry your father.

It's an uncomfortable situation. But only you know if your comfortable marrying him. Guess it depends on the circumstances on how she got pregnant, etc.
