im not on birth control and this is the first time this has happened to me and ive been hveing my period for a year and a few months

You can use treatments like Midol and a heating pad to take care of the cramps that you are having now. Are you on birth control? A lot of times the pill will help with other menstrual problems like PMS and cramps.

I usually take a solpadeine and go up to my electric blanket and rub my poor swollen tummy. If you havent got an electric blanket try a hot water bottle

Whenever it hurts lay on the coutch or bed with your head poped up with a pillow... Then have a "drink"* bottle near by... slowly drink the bevaredge... That usually helps me... And no advil or andything nessisary...
*you can use any bevarage..

Talk to a doctor first, but I'd recommend going to a vitamin store and taking Black Cohosh on a regular basis. I've found it to completely get rid of the cramps (at least for me). I prefer naturopathic remedies.

lye in bed with a hot water bottle and eat healthly there is no miraculous cure :( i heard sumone say to lie face down but i'm not sure..

lots of rest and simply taking midol. you may also want to see your doctor about a different alternative if this does not work
