I am sometimes, but I don't know why. Perhaps I feel like the boogey man will jump up behind me. BOO!

I used to be when I was a kid. Mostly I'm not anymore, except when it's completely pitch black dark. I'm always afraid somethings going to get me or someone's going to try to get into my house or something.

I treasure the dark,its beautiful being outside when it's dark,and personally I feel you are safer in the dark. I have never been afraid of the dark,not even as a child.

I'm like you. Sometimes I am, I'm terrifed of something/someone jumping out of the dark onto my bed. The thought of that terrifies me. Other times I wish it were darker so I could get to sleep. Weird.

No, I'm not afraid of the dark. Sometimes I'm a little concerned with what might be "in" the dark.

No!! Night lites fix that little problem. The ones that stay plugged in to your outlets. They come in every shape and character you can imagine. Get one!! The only thing that scares me in the dark now is stepping on dog bones!! Those hurt and they are everywhere!!

and definitely all of us comprehend how the tale ended - on listening to "sure" the little boy reached out into the darkness - which became at the same time as the vampire bat swooped down and bit him on the wrist. sweet desires.

I'm not afraid of the dark but sometimes what may be hideing in it is nerve racking.

yes. in the house, i'm scared of people breaking in. probably because i used to have a recurring dream when i was little that someone broke in and kidnapped me and my brother. but especially outside, it freaks me out. even getting something from the car, i run. i don't know what it is about being outside alone at night.. but it's scary!
