I just bought a Rj4200 Dvd Player with Karaoke player hooked it up but the Dvd door will not open, Please help

Dvd Drive Door will not open, I just bought it and received it yesterday, I hooked it up but the door will not open

Send it back. If you try to pry it open you will void the warranty.

call the place where you bought it from, or the company who make it.

or take it back.
