For the test prep, which is better? and please elaborate on the answer if you have the time... thanks!!

For AP Psychology, Princeton Review is sufficient, and the practice exams are very accurate to the level of questions you will have on the actual exam.

Barron's is more specific to the material you'll cover for high school AP testing. Good luck, and do all the AP testing you can - I skipped 18 hours of college that way, and man is that awesome.
