What is the exact runtime errors the number and all ? That would tell us what is causing it . Goto start >click run and type in msconfig and then goto start up uncheck everything except your anti virus and then reboot your computer and see if the run time error is still there.

If you will do a search in the Search for Questions box at the top of the page you will get all kinds of input on the software in question.... you can decide if you want to install it using different views from those who answer questions on this site. I personally do not have any experience using it.

Have a great day!
