How do I get My computer back to the the admin Icon?

I went back to add guest and now i cannot get back to the admin part wher all my icons and worksheets are please help asap

Just restart your computer and log in as the Admin. You should have this option.

Control Panel>User Accounts>Change an Account, or are you wanting to get into "Safe Mode"? Press the F8 key repeatedly before WinXP boots.
