Sorry, I know you've heard this before, but you shouldn't judge people by the way they look. And Yes be friends with her. She treats you differently because you hurt her by saying you didn't like the way she looks. It hurts when guys say we don't look good.

If shes that shallow, you don't even want her in your life as a friend. She has hurt you, and as long as you remain friends that wound will stay open and continue to hurt. I would forget about her. Didn't I answer your question the other day? I think that I advised you to leave her because she quit doing her make-up and hair because you paid her a compliment. That she was only trying to look pretty for other boys. I think that she was only using you until someone better came along. Remember, beauty is fleeting, and some day this is going to come back to haunt her. Most girls that are really pretty when they are young seem to loose that beauty as they age. Find a girl that cares about you even if she doesn't look beautiful, that can always be fixed by a good cosmetic surgeon. If a woman is that self centered, that can't be fixed. Stupid just can't be fixed!!!! Dump her and get on with your life, she will be so jealious. Continue to be a good person and never play games with someones heart, it will come back to bite you in the back.

I think you know the answer to this question.
1. She doesn't deserve to have you in her life in any way.
2. Why would you want to surround yourself with toxic people like her?
She will never treat you with respect and decency.
Just tell her that you know she's playing games with you and that she doesn't respect you and you don't like it. She will probably start whining but stick to your guns. Just tell her you don't need to be harassed and you dont want her around. Even if she promises to change...deep down inside she wont and your entire relationship will be based on her whims. Get out. Fast. Being alone for a little while is way better than being with this girl!

i don't think you OWE her anything, but i think it would be a wonderful thing to be her friend. she's obviously experiencing problems at the moment, so she needs patient, understanding friends more than ever. there was obviously a reason you took to her in the first place (assuming it wasn't just her looks?)
but be a friend out of the goodness of your own heart. don't expect a thing back from her. if you do, it won't work. if you're the sort of person who only becomes friends with people to get something back as well, maybe it's not a good idea.

Breaking up with someone over their makeup or lack of it is silly. That said, she sounds like she is messing with you and not worth your time. People that play games like this are often insecure, don't bother...more trouble than they are worth.
I say, be nice, cordial...but friends...nah. She will just be a headache...even as a friend. You have every right to be hurt, she is playing games. I'll bet if you give her the cold shoulder, she will suddenly be interested again. Can you say, "female dog?"

I think she's using you. If you have really told her that you like the way she looks and does her make-up she would take it as a complement! But by the way you say she's been acting, I don't think she takes you seriously. If you really want to be her friend you should tell her how you feel.

All these other answers are lame. You are at fault here. Quit trying to control her. You want to dictate how she does her hair, does her makeup. She looks good for her other "boyfriends" because they accept her appearance.
Get real.

That's up to you. Are you basing your liking on her looks or on her personality?
She sounds like she is a tad vain and is interested only in being flattered. She needs to spend more time on the inner person.

No, she just wants attention from her other "boyfriends". You shouldn't be friends with her because she isn't treating you with respect.
