I really think that AI should be the first option and not Anthony simply because he has more experiance, has led a team to the finals by himself before and has led the NBA in scoring for a long time and Anthony just for half a season. AI has many playoff clutch shots as well. I think if Anthony stays the first option they'll never go anywhere.

Dragon is right, THEY CAN'T PLAY DEFENSE!

Last night Carmelo and AI combined for 60 points, incredible!

Even more outrageous they combined for 16 Turnovers! Are you freaking kidding me? When you can't defend and turn the ball over that much and don't incorporate the rest of your teammates into the game plan, YOU LOSE!

Allen Iverson is like one of the worst players in NBA history. He's great if you want to stick a point guard out there that isn't a point guard and just scores by volume shooting. But if you're one of those rare fans that likes to root for a winning team, he is a pure cancer to your team's chances.

if you realized in one game, ai, melo, and marcus camby (their center) all combined for 91 points. 91 points! thats enough to win some games, but defense needs to be played, and not just camby rebounding and blocking shots. they need steve blake to pass first since melo and a.i. combine for 40 something shots a game. and they only shoot 40 something %. unless they can get some good chemistry, the nuggets will settle for 7th seed in the west at get ousted in the first round of the playoffs by the suns.

i thinkkkk i will have to agreeee with you on that one, but i have you seen games that ai didnt play and denver still won, and all the other guys like steve blake are getting 14 assist and nene 24 points and smith 20 point and carmelo like 36 points, and the denver nuggetts won, it looks like the denver nuggetts dont need allen iverson..

Well its not that they suck, its just that they have bad defence. They might have good offence with Allen, Carmello anthony and that other dude. There teh only ones who are good on the team

...Because, "We're talking about practice, man...we're talking about practice...Not a game, not a game, not a game...We're talking about practice..."

Iverson's now-infamous press conference...

I wonder if AI is thinking he still doesn't need to practice...with new teammates, you have to allow the chemistry to develop...the time to gel...Oh, and as others have alluded to, 30+ points per game means nothing if you can't play defense...means nothing if you're giving up 100+ per game...
