working Most wanted works well but the video is always sticking Carbon works well until you race against people eg when doing a drift it works like nothing wuz wrong but as soon as you do a sprint or any other race and when i am using a nintendo emulator the frames per second aregoing down to 5, 26, and lower some one please help me

Have you updated your NVIDIA driver ? most vid cards don't ship with the latest drivers and a updated driver can make a big difference.

other things you can do:

look at your resolution settings, the higher the setting, the more load on the card.

look at your vid card specific settings, are you maxamizing your vid card.

Plus the fact, your taking a huge hit, by using a celeron d, small cache.

and don't listen to the AMD people, Intel's new core2duo cpu's eat AMD for lunch.


depending on which emulator your using, there are some adjustments you can make, check out the settings for the emulator you are using.

I have noticed a performance hit when using a emulator in Win XP vs win98 and 2000.

You need more than 512 memory, a new processor(intel sucks...go with AMD), and is your video card PCI, PCI express, or agp. Also, the nintendo emulator will pull performance down...

u have to get a processor that can work !!!! (amd,asus)
