Perfectly normal sweetheart don't worry. I am now 16 weeks and a couple of weeks ago I was thinking all sorts of things were wrong! It can seem like a long quiet time between your 12 week scan and the 16 week check up, and you don't feel pregnant at all do you? Been there done that, this is my fourth time actually and I still found myself panicking! Please don't worry, within the next couple of weeks you will feel your baby move for the first time and you will be wondering what you were worried about in the first place. However if you can't wait then your midwife will gladly have a listen for your babies heartbeat to reassure you. Good luck hun.

One thing I know about pregnancy is that no pregnancy is normal where feelings are concerned. Each woman and each pregnancy is different. You can talk to others and they can give you their stories and you will never get the same story. When I was pregnant with my little boy I always felt pregnant cause I was miserable with morning sickness the whole time. My cousin has three and she loves being pregnant she says she feels better when she is. I know it doesn't help much I just wouldn't be to concerned and be happy that you aren't having all of the "feelings of pregnancy."

hi ya did you have a 12 week scan?if so that should have put your mind at rest,it is possible to go through pregnancy with little symptons,by 14 weeks the morning sickness should have nearly gone and most women dont show till about week 16 and onwards good luck with your pregnancy and try not to worry

i felt like that too, untill i was about 20 weeks when i started feeling 'life' in there and also the end of wearing normal jeans!!! and for the weight gain, i didnt' gain any weight till my third trimester but oh boy did i make up for it then...puh!!! Think it is normal but if you are worried, you should call your midwife or gp just for your own peace fo mind!

Don't worry, it will all hit you like a ton of bricks soon.

Or, maybe you might be one of those women who sails through without gaining much weight. Some women just have a tiny bump at full term.
YOU might even be one of those women who feel a slight discomfort and hey presto...the baby is out.

very often in a first pregnancy. by about 18 weeks you'll notice change and 20 weeks you will be well into pregnancy, enjoy the last few weeks of being thin and paint your toes for the last time for a while and enjoy.
