All I can say is ENJOY IT. In a few months, you will feel extremely different, especially the last month. Enjoy now the nights of uninterrupted sleep because by the last month, you wont be able to sleep more than an hour or two straight due to having to go to the bathroom and just feeling uncomfortable.
Just make sure you are taking your vitamins, drinking plenty of water, and eating enough calories. You are eating for two now!
If you want to feel more "pregnany" how about writing a journal to your new son/daughter that they can read when they get older? Take a picture every day of your growing belly and add that to your journal or scrapbook. Just think of things that you would have like to have had about when your mother was pregnant and do that for your child. It's something I wish I would have had, and I did it for both of my children.

YES, this is totally normal, you do get a bit in the middle of pregnancy when you feel fine and all symptoms are gone - enjoy it, you'll get tired, and heartburn and crampy legs etc soon enough, this ios the good bit!
Plus, if you were sick early on, then, you won't have put on as much (or any) weight yet, so don't worry about that (I actually ended up a lot lighter after I gave birth than before I got pregnant!!)
Look after yourself, make sure you eat, drink and rest enough, and good luck with everything

completely popular sweetheart do no longer subject. i'm now sixteen weeks and a pair of weeks in the past i became into thinking all styles of issues have been incorrect! it may appear as if an prolonged quiet time between your 12 week test and the sixteen week examine up, and you do no longer experience pregnant in any respect do you? Been there performed that, that's my fourth time relatively and that i nonetheless got here upon myself panicking! Please do no longer subject, interior the subsequent couple of weeks you will experience your infant flow for the 1st time and you would be questioning what you have been nervous approximately interior the 1st place. notwithstanding in case you won't be in a position to attend then your midwife will gladly have a pay attention on your babies heartbeat to reassure you. good success hun.
