Be careful what you wish for! Once you start putting on fat you may not be able to stop it. You first have to ask yourself, by whose standards are you measuring yourself. Your body will fill out more as you mature with age. If you are on the slim side the only thing that matters is if you are healthy. So, look around you at all of the overweight people in the world and start loving yourself more. You don't want to start bulging out of your clothes, now do you?

Peanutbutter and grape jam on whole wheat bread eaten inbetween meals. This little sandwich fools your body to produce more insulin which in turns packs more sugars Fat into cells.

Just eating fatty food will not make you heaver, just less health.
Good fats are your omaga 3 & 6 fatty acids

lol, get pregnant, it worked for me! Just kidding....umm...I would say eating pasta, lots of pasta, extra mayo on a sandwich, cheese, breads, butter.....carbs. Though I would say that nature usually takes care of you, if you are a healthy eater your body is doing just fine. I used to weigh 115 and then I had a baby, now I am 5'6 and 128lbs.....I feel more like a women now. But before that I would eat a lot of Italian and Espressos and I went up to 130lbs from 110lbs.....hope that helps!

im really skinny as well maybe about 65 pounds i am maybe even 60 pounds im going to try and eat fat stuff but still eat healthy stuff u should try it as well
