i updated java....cleared my cache....still cant play...i can play all the other games....i also noticed that there are only 3 or 4 people in each room...whats up?

I am having the exact same problem. Someone gave an answer to delete temporary files, but that doesnt work either. I am really upset about this considering the fact that I pay money for these services and I cant use them.

I just asked Yahoo for help and here's their answer:
On the top of your screen -
click tools
click internet options
in the middle where it shows temporary internet click delete files
that should do the trick

that game gives viruses. I had been playing it and i had to get another computer. stop playing it.
