Using a pop3/smtp acount with office outlook 2003 is there any way to not delete your emails from your online email acount when receiving emails in office?

This is not possible for POP3. Check if you email service allows IMAP.

POP3 by default wants to deliver into a PST file on your computer which makes the email offline.

Make new files and store them in there. You will have to compress them once in awhile to save storage space.
