I am not sure if your pharmacy will transfer the prescription or not, most of them will do it. One downfall is that I do believe the pharmacy you currently use would have to be open, not exactly sure though.
Food for thought: next time why don't you get them for several months at a time so this doesn't happen.
Also, you can get your pills when you are on the placebo week.

You should go and speak to them about it - they are usually really good and if you're on their computer they will probably give you your tablets and ask you to bring a prescription in for them asap. If not, they should be able to tell you what to do - there will be a way to get them in time! You could also try phoning the pharmacy that's got your prescription - they might be able to do something - I know if it was my pharmacy they would pop them into my boyfriends grandma's as she lives v near by, but we both know the pharmacy v well! They might be able to deliver them to you. Good luck xx

You can transfer your prescription to a different pharmacy, but they wil have to call the first pharmacy before they can give you the prescription. Then you will have to transfer the presciption back to the original pharmacy using the same process.

take the box you have with you to the pharmacy and explain the situation. they may be able to give you an emergency supply of one month only. you may have to pay for it if you do it this way but they are not usually very expensive.
an emergency supply is made at the pharmacists discretion so they can refuse but it is worth asking. you do need to remember to take something with you to prove you are on the pill you are asking for (old box/strip or repeat should do)
Good luck

Usually there are also family planning clinics in most towns open later, you can get it there with no prescription. They dont like you doing it too often, but once or twice is ok, just tell them what you normally use.
