I think the few who were let to go they paid about 500,000 to 1 million $ for the chance to go into space,as business civilians.
But not to the Moon yet. Only in orbital space.
But what's to see on the Moon that you want to go so badly?
I saw on Discovery that an engineer calculated all the plans to put in function an elevator from earth to space orbit, that would have a platform at the end of it. Very possible till 2020.
If you still want to go to the Moon, think that you may have all the time in the world to do it.

The Apollo missions cost a few hundred million each. The whole space program up through Apollo cost $25 billion, in 1970 dollars (something like $130 billion in 2007 dollars). I believe someone has mentioned the idea of sending a tourist to orbit the Moon and return without landing for $100 million, in 2007 dollars.

I saw a ticket on eBay for five hundred bucks if bought right then. Sam's Club was selling moon trips, but you had to buy a dozen of them. So I don't really know.
