I'm with you JD. We were truly united on that horrible day.
Now we call our leader a liar, war-monger, Hitler, and even
a dictator. Funny how everything has changed. To answer
your question, I guess everyone will remember again how
they felt on that day when we are again attacked by terrorists
somewhere in the United States of America. I wonder what a
Democrat President will do when this happens? Shrug their
shoulders remembering how the citizens turned on President
Bush in just a short period of time? Scarey.

This poster's question is rather saddening. Nobody has forgotten that day.
The responsible have not paid. Bin Laden/terrorism is ignored while the war machine grinds away protecting American citizens from a red herring.
What exactly is responsible for tearing apart the soul of America? The actual terrorists? The response of the administration? The reaction of American citizens after learning the truth about the acuity of the intelligence?
A strong person admits it when he/she is wrong. A reasonably intelligent person can spot the error in logic/premise. A good person will adjust action to correct a faltering course.
Unity is strength. Saving face is weak. I guess that we would all still have cars brandishing flags and be assisting each other to cross busy intersections if we could all be united in saving face.
Reassing the situation and determining a different plan of action is not akin to "cut and run" in my book. Sticking to a flawed plan that is based on inaccurate data is cowardice to the nth degree.

it rather is a tricky question. the government had expertise of the plot for 2 years meaning no longer basically the Bush administration had earlier expertise however the Clinton administration did as properly. even nonetheless, this subject is going returned lots extra would not it? shall we blame the Reagan administration. some human beings blame the United international locations, others blame the country of Israel (i do no longer) and a few see the machinations of secret societies education a clean international Order. Biblically, we'd Blame Abraham and Sarah via fact that their sin against God resulted interior the delivery of the Ishmaelites, Midianites and different communities that have been the ancestors of Muhammed, the founding father of Islam. some might even blame God. The Bible teaches that the sinfulness in all human beings is to blame for conflict and strife. each so often, you basically could say, the previous is previous and we could head on. we could improve previous all of that and handle what's on the instant happening now. we won't be able to anticipate to stay interior the airborne dirt and mud of the fashionable conflict nor interior the turmoil of the Civil conflict nor interior the camps of Auschwitz. Does asigning blame rather help every physique at this factor?

No ,I havent forgot the 9/11 lie of the official story.I will never forget it.Neither have many of the famililies of the dead who are calling for an official independent inquiry.Neither have any members of the growing 9/11 truth movement
I havent forgotten the fact that we were told we would be shown proof of OSB involvement and that we were never were shown that proof.
I havent forgotten the videos of OSB confession.Funny ,I showed them to my grade 7 class and even they agreed that it wasnt him .
I havent forgotten Mr Bush saying how he saw the plane crash into the 1st and and 2nd tower on TV.Interesting because the 1st tower footage didnt become public for weeks after and was never on TV
I havent forgotten the live footage from Shanksville PA.nOT a crashed plane in sight
I havent forgotten the gag orders placed on witnesses such as firefighters at WTC that were put in place by the feds
I havent forgotten the fact how the steel was expedited out of the country as scrap metal at 25 % below market value and not properly examined even though that is illegal in the state of NEW YORK in fires of steel buildings over 10 stories
I havent forgotten the released and edited pentagon crash footage that clearly shows that it is not an airliner hitting the pentagon. The proof is there released by our govt and yet people insist on believing otherwise.Or the fact that the pentagon is the most singly highly defended building on the planet with antiaircraft capability and yet a "plane" managed to approach and hit it.
I havent forgotten that I havent seen any of the 6 ton engines ,seats or luggage that miraculously disappeared because "by that time they had vaporized"Even though every other plane crash I have looked at shows all these things.
I havent forgotten how THE US govt created OSB and Al qaeda in the first place.
I havent forgotten how Condi has said that there was no prior knowledge of the attack and yet they knew within hours who was responsible
I havent forgotten the huge fire in WTC in 1975 and yet the building was never in danger of collapsing.
I havent forgotten the eyewitness reports from the subbasement of numerous explosions that killed and maimed and injured a number of people or the havoc in the lobby area that occurred even though the plans hit WAY up high and a long way from the lobby. All on video and on the net

JD - sounds like you have forgotten how we all felt.
Dissent is our lifeblood. It is the heart of the democracy we are attempting to spread by force, if you believe that we went to Iraq to "free" them from tyranny.
We have been psychologically damaged and our leaders have exploited our fear and pain, dividing us and doing more damage to our freedom than the terrorists have, IMHO.
Cut and run? That is a Fox soundbite. Move to France? You are a Bill O'Reilly fan?
Staying in Iraq does not equal unity. I don't know the answer to solving the crisis we're in, but dissent is something many Americans have fought and died for.

Yet Al Quaida remains in Afghanistan because Bush turned his back on OBL ("I'm not worried about him anymore. He is not a priority"), then started a pre-emptive war on a nation that was no threat to us and had no connection with 9/11.
You cried at your loss, yet you turn your back on the families who have lost loved ones during this illegal, unnecessary, poorly planned and executed quagmire of Bush's. The Decider is the one who divided us, who deceived those who wanted a unity of mind and spirit. It's impossible for the majority of us to understand and believe that people still support the Commander-in-Chief who let down his troops by not being prepared to conduct this war, including not having hospitals and rehab centers ready for all the casualties he should have expected. Bush is an embarrassment, as are those who give him a free ticket to trample this country's constitution and people.

We need to get out but people don't realize the vacumn left behind. Hooray for patriotism and what this country is. Most of us believe in America- just are tired of the media and all the whinners and the politics. It would be nice to see a respectful patriot back in office- everyone laughed at Reagan-but he did make us and other countries proud of America again. Right now, we are doing all the work, and getting all the blame.

Cut and run? We should never have went to Iraq to fight their war on terrorism, we should have went and blew up Osama's wicked a**!! He was the cause of our terrorism, not Saddam!! Why don't you move in the white house, you would fit right in!! Lets all hold hands and run to Iraq and get killed up to save their people, when September 11 2001, was about terrorists killing almost 3000 of our innocent AMERICAN people in one blow. I am not saying something didn't need to be done in Iraq, but it isn't a war based on our freedom of terrorists, it is a war based on their freedom of terrorists. Do you feel safer with Saddam dead? I don't!!! The Iraqis do, but I don't!!! I would feel much relief to hear of Osama dying though. As well as his right and left hand men and all the men in between. That is where we should be.

I haven't forgotten.
The first thing I thought of when I saw it was that it had to be part of some Hollywood movie.
When I think of how Bush & Co. has completely mis-managed this entire mess it infuriates me.
I didn't cheer when he promised anything.
I know exactly what he is full of.
Of course, I am a proud America, and don't cow tow to the aristocracy!
