Everyone misunderstood the question.They all thought that your husband wanted to take the dogs out and you wanted to stay home,when in fact only I seemed to realize that you meant that you wanted to take the dogs out,but you didn't want your husband trailing along with you.This suggests to me that you're having an affair with some guy who takes his dogs out at the same time.You could perhaps train your dogs to bite your husband on the shin everytime he tries to go out the door with them.Other than that I can only think of the reward system,whereby if you and the dogs go out,leaving him at home,and when you come back and nothing has been chewed,he gets a piece of chocolate.

go back to bed and pretend to be sound asleep. he wouldn't want to wake you.
tell him you don't feel good. you have a huge stomachache.
tell him you don't want to walk the dogs with him today.

I have cramps... anyways, my feminine product will bunch if I walk too much... then I will leak everywhere... and I could never live down the embarassment of that...
