i think it will be vince because stone cold is the ref hopefully he will start another austin mcmahon feud...but he doesn't like vince anyway so stunner to vince and to umaga HAHA!!!

I say Vince also. Trump is getting paid big for this appearance and I am sure he would not sign a contract with the stipulation that his hair be shaved. His hair is his signature.
Vince on the other hand has nothing to lose by having his head shaved. He will probably wear a silly looking wig for some time while everyone gets a cheap laugh. I don't believe that he will start a feud with Austin, at least I hope not, because these guys are not what they used to be. Besides, the WWE is getting bogged down with too many rehashed feuds and storylines as it is.

Vince is definately the one who is getting his head shaved. Trump's hair is his trademark and he wouldn't part with it.

Trump has the biggest ego in the United Sates so you'd better believe that there was an agrrement made that it definitely would NOT be him getting shaved.
It will be McMahon of course. "The Donald" couldn't afford his ego to be bruised at all.
