No, they hate the people who protect our freedom. Here's a quote from Clinton in his draft dodger days, " I loathe the military". This sums up the liberal attitude toward the people who protect the freedom they claim to love. When Algore tried to keep soldiers votes from being counted in 2000 and Kerry called them stupid in 2006 it was just confirmation of the condescending hatred liberals have for those who defend our freedoms, and the hatred liberals have for freedom itself. Liberals don't want us all to be free. They think liberals are the only people who are worthy of freedom. Disagree with a liberal and they will accuse you of hate speech and try to silence you instead of using logic and truth to try to support their positions. This desire to silence their opposition leads them to idolize leftist dictators like Chavez, Castor, and even Mao Tse Tung who have murdered millions of their critics.

My friend, you need to read Ann Coulter's book "How to talk to a liberal (if you must)". It will enlighten you on just how to talk to a liberal. You do need a special language for them to hear you. Forget about understanding your point.
One hint; Say something that goes against all logic and is anti-American. Then change your tone and say that's not really what you meant, then say it again. That will get their attention. If you are a true conservative you will have a difficult time doing this.

It appears the libs are now trying to change the wording of the original resolution passed which gave the President authority to follow UN efforts allowing the invasion of Iraq. (good luck getting the President to sign that)
Attempting to change the results of elections seems to be a common liberal tactic.
Military or community service should be compulsive for all young Americans with education privileges only given to those who serve our country. Foreigners should not be allowed to study in our universities.

Where did you get your information? Fox News? Both of your comments are slanderous. Gore fought for votes obviously. Kerry never said those two words, yes he botched a comment fairly bad, but that is not what he was referring to. Do the republicans have a better alternative?
