Bill Belichik! Coach of the team of the decade. Not only did he win three super bowls in the past 6 years, but he nearly got to the super bowl again with what some may consider a rather weak team. This man knows how to coach, and most importantly he knows how to handle the NFL ego. Anyone who says that he isn't at least in the discussion for best coach, is not a football fan.

The Tennessee Titans' Coach......Jeff Fisher
With Bill Cowher's departure from the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Tennessee Titans' Jeff Fisher becomes the longest-tenured NFL coach with his current team.Fisher has been with the Titans, and when the franchise was in Houston, for 13 seasons. Cowher has been with the Steelers for 15 seasons.
In a five-year period between 1999 and 2003 his team’s success is unmatched by any coach in franchise history. Fisher led the Titans to four playoff appearances (1999, 2000, 2002, 2003), two Division titles (2000 & 2002), two AFC Championship Games (1999, 2002) and one Super Bowl berth (XXXIV). He presided over the most victorious (56 regular season wins and 5 postseason wins) and successful five-year period in the franchise’s 46-year history.
NOTE: A am NOT a Titan's Fan....Just an Objective Football Fan who is able to take away the Rose-Colored Glasses of his own favorite team!!
I hope this answers your question and takes away any doubts that you may have(lol)

There is no doubt that currently Bill Billechek of the Patriots is the best coach in the game. No other coach has done more with less than him. He has taken literally 'no name' players and consistently won big with them. This has to be the choice with Jeff Fischer of the Titans running a close second. Just so you know this comes from a life long Packers fan.

That's the football equivalent of asking, "who's the most beautiful Victoria's Secret model" (Alessandra Ambrosio)? Everyone's gonna' have their take for different reasons, but here's my three cents : Tony Dungy, Bill Belichick, and Mike Shanahan. These three guys are known as players coaches and it shows. All Super Bowl winners.
(Just so you see I'm not biased, I'm a Chargers fan.)

i have to say Sean Payton....or else why would he have Coach of the Year! ..haha....but Tony Dungy would be second to that but Sean Payton has brought his team back from a 3-13 season last year to 10-6 regular season record and to the NFC championship game....there definitely was something going on and that was Sean Payton....tony dungy did a good job and this year he stayed focused and kept Peyton Manning focused and so they won the Superbowl...
Bottomline: Sean Payton!

this very second, the best coach is bill belichick...his teams find ways to win the games in the fourth quarter, and the super bowls don't lie...however, in a few years it will be sean payton when he's won a super bowl and cemented his place as the man who turned around the new orleans saints...he is already the best offensive playcaller in football by far

Despite who won the Super Bowl this year or who's been in his job longer, it's Belichick. No one else has gotten as much out of 6th and 7th round draft picks, winning three Super Bowls in 4 years and having his team in the playoffs every year.
I can't stand the Patriots, but there's no denying the guy's abilities.

Not a big fan of this guy. But I'll say Bill Belichek, the Patriots coach. He's done a good job w/ that organization.
