Norton is an anti virus protector, not an anti spyware protector. You need spybot search and destroy and awaware. Go to lavasoft.com for the adaware, and download.com for spybot, run it once a week as well as your antivirus then run your awaware and run it too. Get rid of things that don't belong in your computer. These things piggy back in on anything, a web site, and never dowwnload bonzi buddy, smiley central etc. That is the hardest crap to get rid of and will constantly freeze up your system and cause your system to mess up on you.

Because Norton only protects you from viruses..not spyware.
Here is a free anti-spyware so you're fully protected.

Once you download this, run a full system scan and when it picks up the spyware, delete it.

Norton Sucks.
Go to www.cnet.com and download AVG 7.5 Personal for free. I have been using it for over a year and have not had a virus.
With Norton you might as well have nothing.
