hello,
i studied hard for a mid term and prepared well. At the time of exam, things did't go well and most of my answers are either incomplete or are wrong.
I am worried all the time now and cannot concentrate on my studies.
Please help!

Well, not to make little of a bad exam, but it's over now and the more you worry about, it's not going to help you. There's really nothing that you can do about it now, and if you make yourself sick worrying over it, you're just going to get behind on your studies and do even more poorly on the next exam, and it's going to get into a really awful cycle. Also, you need to remember that it's one exam. Whether you're in high school or college, one exam is not going to ruin you for life.

Focus on doing better on the next exam, and don't be afraid about going to the teacher/professor/TA about getting extra help.

I had a class where I got 45 and 57 on the midterms and then 45 on the final and got a B in the class. Plus I agree with whoever said that it's over, no need to worry about it.

you'll be able to desire to be sure Hell as area of the better Heaven/Hell device. Heaven is a mind-blowing, cool place the place each physique is chuffed. Hell is a warm, dark place the place each physique is unhappy. we've info that there could be interchange between Heaven and Hell (God sent Lucifer to Hell, as a result the platforms are appropriate). So, thermodynamically, at a while interior the distant destiny they could desire to attain a state of equilibrium, ensuing in a dim, heat place the place each physique is vaguely disappointed.

You have to put whats behind you behind you. Move on and focus on your other classes, there is nothing you can do now to that bad grade, just try to make up for it later. Hope this helps.
