Help! , someone has put a key logger in my computer, how do we remove this?

How do you know there is a keylogger? It's probably password protected if it really exists. You'd need to call in a professional or just forget about it if it's something your parents put in.

Make sure everything is up-to-date and then run scans with all of them. This should pick it up, if there is something. If not then do system restore.

p.s doesn't windows one care cover viruses....so why do you have AVG? you should just keep 1 care and un-install AVG.

This is really interesting you have an antivirus and anti spyware and both scans do not show the keylogger? what is the name of the keylogger?
