You can never know who is a true friend. To tell you the truth i don't even like the word friends.

Why can't a "true" friend also be shy and/or hypocritical?

If you want people to be "true" friends to you, then you must be a "true" friend to them first.

People will often live up (or down) to the level of behavior you model for them.

true friends reveal themselves in difficult situations. but till then, tru ur gut.
