The problem is every time I click to open the IE, the prono site comes out. My anti-virus program even couldn't help. I was told there a way to delect this sites but I don't know how. I am seeking help from any one with experience to solve this problem.

Thanks.

Lee

Take control panel>internet options then change your home page to any desired page .This may solve the problem. Also change the security settings to higher level. And delete all cookies and temporary internet files. Also donot allow any popups. And delete history of visited sites. You can also add the site to the list of restricted sites

If this is a fairly new infection (within the last few days), you can use System Restore to roll back to before you were infected.

Good advice above...delete all temporary internet files and cookies.

You can try www.ewido.net and do their free online scan. It will remove any infections it finds.

Get a good "anti-spy" program to compliment your anti virus program. www.lavasoftusa.com has a program called Adaware. Microsoft has a program called Defender. Both are free.

Good luck.

Erase history and run a spyware scan.
