i could borrow roughly $200,000 and just move somewhere. i could pick up a little job and earn a living off of the job plus interest on the 200k, but i need to find a place where the cost of living is really cheap, but is not prone to civil war, shoddy healthcare, and inhuman living conditions. i am not that picky, i just don't want to get bitten by some exotic spider and die from its venom or get stuck in some somalian civil war, or drown in a tsunami, and i want to live comfortably without any debt ever again. i don't know if the country would need to be a non-extradition-treaty country in order to protect me from having to pay back my debts. any help would be appreciated.

How do you plan on paying the off the credit card debts ? Doing what you are planning is socially and morally wrong and govt have made it very hard to declare bankruptcy.

I know of a place where it is very easy to live off without money, you do not have to pay rent and they also provide basic health care. The space may be cramped but living conditions are free; it is called federal prison, the BIG house.

I think you should look at someplace in South America. I've heard the cost of living is very cheap.
