i really like this girl at my school. on the day i was going to ask her to go out with me, she comes up and tells me she just got a new boyfreind (before i asked her). now i really dont know what to do, it seems as though she has been avoiding me the last few days. now i keep beating myself up about it, like if only i had asked her the day before. i really really like her please help .

Maybe you should just wait a while and then see what happens. Most relationships if ur in highschool dont keep up for long. Dont beat urself up if it is right it will happen =)

Sometimes when something doesn't work out the way you wanted it to, it really is a case of bad timing. But not this case: she didn't get a new boyfriend in a matter of hours; it took time to warm up to the guy and think about it and discuss it and start dating him. In other words, the ball was already rolling and you didn't know it.
She might be avoiding you because she thinks she may have disappointed you or caused you pain when she told you that she has a new boyfriend. That will pass. She'll be back talking to you as if nothing had happened - especially if you go on to ask other girls on dates and she sees that you aren't hung up about it. So don't be!

this is really hard, i know from experience. it's awful to know the person you like, like someone else. there are other people out there. don't beat yourself up. if it's really starting to affect your self esteem, GET HELP!!! a girl isn't worth as much you seem to think she is. hang out with friends, get involved in your community, just try as hard as you can to forget about her and move on. also, depending on how old you are changes how long relationships last. if you are in middle school they may only last 2 or 3 days. she may break up with this boy faster than you know.

oh babydoll i know where ur comming from. most likely if ur in middle/high school the relationship wont last long. just be there for her. dont throw ur self at her, but when they break up be there. offer to get her out of the house with some friends. then give her a hug and go from there. tell her eventually but makesure its not just a rebound

Well, did she ever act like she liked you? If she just came up and told you that she has a new boyfriend, like out of the blue, then she is probably trying to make you jealous! Try using reverse psycology on her...

There's nothing you can do. If she likes another boy then you can tear her away from him. Maybe you could wait until they break up and if she likes you, you could ask her out.

leave her alone. its none of your business. if shes avoiding you then leave her alone. im not trying to mean just trying to be real so sorry if i sound harsh. but once theyre over then you can get at her. PLEASE dont try to break them up. but if you find out that the way he treats her sucks then go for it.

well wait until she breaks up w/ her bf and wait A FEW days to ask her out if the bf breaks up w/ her....... but if she breaks up w/ him i dont really think u have to wait.......... but u cant really do anything until they break up...... unless u want to be beaten up....
